Gamm vert is a leading French garden, DIY and pet specialist retail store trading from a network of over 1000 focused locations and online.
The business operates across a number of retail categories including aspects of a builders merchant, DIY, garden centre, clothing and hardware.
The garden centre stores alone offer more than 12000 plants and flowers and 4000 garden products including: Garden Buildings (Greenhouses and Sheds), Garden Furniture, Outdoor Clothing, Flower Pots and Planters, Hand and Power Tools.
The Project
As a part of a re-vamp of its entire retail space the Gamm vert management team wanted to re-design stores to improve the customer experience, and implement more effective retail displays for the huge range of items in its portfolio.
This required different store solutions for each area, with different styles and sizes of shelves that still complimented each other. With the larger outdoor items they needed a robust yet appealing garden centre shelving solution, and other areas needed to effectively display often unusually shaped and sized items.
The Solution

The systems implemented included the S50 and M25 shop shelving systems and a range of integrated store solutions that were both strong and effectively displayed the miscellaneous items stocked by Gamm vert.
The installed store shelves ensure that its shops reflect the company focus and ethos and present its huge range of differing items in an attractive and easy to navigate format.
